Vindaloo - Egg

Ingredients

6 eggs
2 medium sized potatoes
2½ tablespoons tomato purée
10 ml vinegar
½ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons Ferns’ Vindaloo Curry Paste
2 cups chopped onions
50 ml (¼ cup) oil
Salt to taste
