Ajam Peniki. (Spicy Chicken In coconut)
* 2 tbsp oil
* 1 chickem approx 1 kg.
* 2 onions
* 2 tbsp limejuice
* 3 gloves garlic
* grated skin of 1/2 leme of lemon
